The directory is moving to source-backed brewery records.

Active discovery now uses the canonical brewery dataset rather than the prototype homepage arrays. Closed records stay available as an archive, planning records are separated, and detailed visit information is only added when a current source can support it.

Beer records follow the same rule: no generated tap lists, ABV values, event dates, addresses, or amenities are published just to fill a card.
